Limited Lifetime Warranty

The warranty is subject to the following terms: This warranty, along with all implied warranties, lasts as long as you own your home. If at any time our Foreverseal® caulking services crack or experiences loss of adhesion, Costa Caulking will inspect the area and provide re-caulking spot repairs on the affected area FREE OF CHARGE.

1. The Foreverseal® Limited Lifetime Warranty (hereinafter referred to as “Warranty” or “The Warranty”) is specifically limited to the promises described above.
2. No other expressed warranties of product performance or liability for incidental damage are binding on Costa Caulking or any of its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, or related companies.
3. The Warranty does not cover damage to any other substrate other than the sealant itself.
4. This Warranty is void if the Costa Caulking product sustains damage from structural changes, adjacent trees or plant life, or an uncontrollable act of nature.
5. The Warranty is void if the product is modified or altered from its original installation or if any willful action was taken to damage the original installation.
6. Foreverseal® reserves the right to inspect and validate warranty claims.
7. This Warranty is limited to 1-3 story single-family homes and single-family units within a multi-unit structure.
8. Buyer is responsible for informing Costa Caulking within a reasonable time after discovery of a suspected defect and provide a written explanation of defect. Upon receipt of this correspondence, Costa Caulking may request additional information including photos, and may require a field inspection.
9. The Foreverseal® Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to windows and doors installed on masonry façades. Windows and doors on wood siding, stucco, or other maintenance-dependent wall materials are not covered. Coverage is also void if the windows or doors are replaced or altered after installation.
