Costa Caulking recently returned to continue work on a leak repair project at the Marriott inside Rogers Centre.
This project began last year, when our team completed one section of the building where water leaks were affecting multiple rooms. After that first phase was completed successfully, Costa Caulking was brought back to continue the work in additional areas of the property.
Addressing Water Penetration Around Glass and Aluminum Channels
For this phase of the project, the work focused on areas where water penetration was occurring around the glass and aluminum framing.
Our team removed the existing caulking between the glass panels and replaced it with new structural glazing sealant. We also sealed the vertical aluminum channels to help provide added protection against future water intrusion.
